Our Team

Visio Dei is led by a plurality of elders (or pastors) who are gifted in leading and teaching, biblically qualified (1 Tim. 3 and Titus 1) in character, and called by God. Our elders serve the church by leading the church, focusing on preaching, prayer and the ministry of the word (Acts 6).

 

Tony Boes

Tony serves as lead pastor of Visio Dei. Originally from Southern Indiana, he made his way to Missouri to study preaching and theology. In addition to his service at Visio Dei, Tony also leads the Communications Group of the Missouri Baptist Convention. He is married to Brianna, a writer of Fantasy and Science Fiction. The couple have two teenage children.

Matt Barraclough

Matt serves Visio Dei as associate pastor. He oversees the logistics for our Sunday gatherings as well as other matters of church administration. Matt and his wife Emily both work for the State of Missouri. They have one very energetic son.
