At Visio Dei, we believe in serving our children and calling them into serving the world around them, just as Christ calls us. Our desire is for them to know that they are loved dearly by God and by us, and that they are capable to serve in God's church just as they are.

We provide a Children’s Ministry on Sunday mornings during our worship gatherings for children ages 0 through the 5th grade. We break up the age range to better serve the children and to maintain a positive experience for them while they are with us. There are different roles within each age range which could require different responsibilities. There are spots that range from working in registration, to holding babies, to teaching in a preschool class, to anywhere in between. We recommend contacting us about where you would like to serve and we can discuss how each age group works.

We strive to create an environment for children to enjoy learning, experiencing, and participating in the gospel. Our relationships with them are very important, and we consider our children to be a valuable part of our church community.

The safety and well-being of your child is of the utmost importance to us, and we provide training for all those who are involved in our children's ministry.

The age groups are as follows:

Nursery

This consists of newborns through those starting to crawl.

Nursery Toddlers

This consists of crawlers through 23 months.

Two's

This is a class just for 2 year olds.

Preschool

This consists of 3 year olds through 5 years of age.

Elementary

This consists of Kindergarten's through those in the 5th grade.
