Connect \ Home Group

Our home groups are the avenues where we feel you will really find your place within Visio Dei. Our Sunday Morning Worship Gatherings are great, but they are honestly a bit big to develop relationships and find space to know who you are within the church.

Our home groups are groups of anywhere from 10 – 35 people who meet in homes (or other places) around the Triangle. Each group is lead by a servant team of people gifted in the areas of pastors and shepherds, teachers, organizers, and those who have a passion for seeing social justice lived out. These teams serve the group by leading, casting vision, taking care of its own internal community, and pointing the group outward to bring peace and love to the world around it.

Each home group has its own personality and leadership. We encourage each group to really seek what they are gifted to become and live out the gospel in that direction.

Purposes for our home groups:

1) A community collectively growing as learners, lovers, and givers
2) A community discovering our gifts and living them out
3) A community in movement

* We don’t expect you to know what these mean… they are simply here to remind us of our purpose within our home groups.
